December 4th-5th Art Walk and Bizarro Jinxmas Christmas Bazaar…

We’re still working on the details, but Jinx will be open for December’s Art Walk (and all day Saturday 12/5) with the gallery and basement stuffed full of affordable art, gifts, gift-wrap, cards, etc. for all your holiday obligations.

To possible venders: This will be our first attempt at a group-vending-bazaar-type thing, so if you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to speak up. With that being said, I think it’s going to go something like this:

The Jinxmas Bazaar will be an un-juried event, so it is first come, first serve. Think of it as an opportunity to display your product, in the midst of a super-fun and super-promoted holiday party. I am in the process of booking appropriate and wonderful bands for the night of the 4th, which is also Art Walk, and we’ll have our usual refreshments and Jinx artists on hand. We have two options for the display of your work. For $25 you get space for a table in the basement for the December 4th First Friday Art Walk and 12-7, Saturday the 5th. For $50 you get one of the few table-and-wall spaces in the upstairs gallery space for the same 2 days. Jinx will promote, book, and generally do our best to get people to show up for the party, to help you sell your stuff, and will ask for no commission on sales or any other payment above the flat space rental.
