Poetrynight’s first ever erotic exhibition slam! Featuring performances from the Dirty Bird Cabaret, the Lumpkins, a product demonstration from the LoveZone, and six of the dead sexiest poets in Washington throwing down for your delectation and delight in the JINX Art Space on a very special night and time.
Tickets are $5 at poetrynight readings or through brownpapertickets.com, and $7 at the door ($5 for poetrynight members). Doors open at 7, and the slam proper starts at 7:30. Show up early and enjoy Dirty Bird’s burlesque and scope out some vintage stag films in the gallery. Proceeds benefit Mount Baker Planned Parenthood, celebrating its 40th year serving the community!
Feel free to stay home if you’ve got a beef with Planned Parenthood. This show ain’t for you. Or for kids under 18, who won’t be admitted without an accompanying parent or adult guardian, as the MPAA so elegantly puts it. Come on, guys, we’re going to be talking about boners and hoohoos here.
