During the September 3rd Art Walk, at 10:00, we will be drawing names of willing participants (any individual, local musician is welcome to submit his/her name) to create 3 or 4 brand new bands. These new bands will get 2 weeks to write and learn new songs, name the bands, and maybe create some merchandise. On Friday, September 17th Jinx will host a one-night-only show of those newly created bands. Participation in the band lottery is free, all you have to do is show up and drop your name in the hat...in fact, if you can't be there at 10 on September 3rd but want to be involved, please email us and we'll include your name in the drawing for you. Admission price to the show will be a $4 suggested donation to the venue to help pay for new sound equipment.
